Surgical Coordinator – Unique career opportunity at Glaucoma Center of Michigan for a candidate with outstanding interpersonal skills. The Surgical Counselor provides counseling and scheduling related to ophthalmic surgical procedures, including premium lens implants. This includes the ability to interact effectively with patients, referral sources, physicians, surgical facility staff and co-workers. Must be a professional who demonstrates leadership, is capable of multi-tasking, is a problem-solver and displays great attention to details. Experience with computer programs is required, a strong working knowledge of ophthalmic surgical procedures is preferred.
